Returns

Due to the nature of our bait and attractant products, most bait sales are considered final.

We only accept returns or replacements if:

The wrong item was shipped

The item arrived damaged

The product arrived defective or unusable

To request help with an order issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Opened bait products

Used bait products

Opened attractant bottles

Clearance or final sale items

Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with:

Your order number

Photos of the item and packaging

A brief description of the issue

Merchandise Returns

Unused merchandise items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if:

The item is unworn

The item is unused

Tags are still attached (if applicable)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by us.

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order issue was our error

Lost or Stolen Packages

Cat-Tactics is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will do our best to help file a claim with the carrier.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
